Jacy Jayne Becomes A Double Champion, Wins TNA Knockouts Title At TNA Slammiversary

Jacy Jayne made history at TNA Slammiversary, defeating Masha Slamovich to win the TNA Knockouts Championship.

The finish saw Jacy hit Masha with the Rolling Encore to secure the victory. Before Jacy landed the strike, Masha hit her head on the turnbuckle after Jacy kicked out of a roll up, pushing Masha headfirst into the middle turnbuckle.

Jacy Jayne is now the NXT Women’s Champion and TNA Knockouts Champion.

During the match, the referee was distracted and Jayne hit Masha with the TNA Knockouts title, but Masha was able to kick out. When Fatal Influence members Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx got up on the apron, Xia Brookside & Lei Ying Lee ran out and dragged them away.

The original referee was taken out just before Masha hit a snowplow. Masha made the cover, but the referee took too long getting to the ring allowing Jacy to kick out at two.

Masha’s trainer Johnny Rodz was sitting ringside for the bout.

Masha’s reign ends at 268 days. She made tweilve successful title defenses after winning the title from Jordynne Grace at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.
