Amazonas Month Events, Rey del Inframundo, More Announced by CMLL

CMLL’s schedule set for events in the Fall, including the Women’s Universal Championship Tournament, Women’s Grand Prix, and more

Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre announced in a PR Statement and on CMLL Informa the schedule for CMLL’s 2025 Fall.

For September, CMLL will host the 92nd Anniversary Show on September 19 and Noche de Campeones on September 26.

CMLL will also host three events on Arena México, Arena Puebla, and Arena Coliseo on Mexican Independence Day (September 16).

For October, CMLL will celebrate Amazonas Month, a month celebrating CMLL’s Women’s Division.

CMLL will host the 2025 Women’s Universal Title Tourney from October 3 to October 17.

CMLL will close the Month with the Amazonas Grand Prix, which is a 20-Woman Elimination Tag Match with wrestlers from across the world.

To end the fall, CMLL will host the Dia de Los Muertos events, including the Rey del Inframundo Tournament.

The tournament will begin on October 27 in Arena Puebla. The finals will take place on October 31 in Arena Mexico.

CMLL will host the Tzompantlí de Máscaras, an event where all unmasked luchadores are allowed to use their masks again, on November 2 at Arena Mexico.

CMLL will also host a Dia de Los Muertos event on November 1 in Arena Coliseo (Peru 77).

With the International Grand Prix now over, the major events at CMLL continue, as the 92nd anniversary, Amazonas Month, and the special Day of the Dead events approach.

September
To celebrate Independence Day, the CMLL will hold three events on September 16 at the Arena México, Arena Puebla, and Arena Coliseo in Guadalajara, making it a historic date due to the number of events that will take place.

Subsequently, on September 19, the 92nd Anniversary will be celebrated, with masks and scalps at stake, featuring Místico, Esfinge, El Valiente, Último Guerrero, Averno, Dragón Rojo Jr., Bárbaro Cavernario, El Felino, Rey Bucanero, and many more who will be part of the show.

In addition, on September 26, Champions Night will arrive at Arena México, where six championships will be up for grabs, and the challengers are chosen by fan vote via cmll.com.

October
The month of the Amazons is also an important one, as all Friday events will feature women’s matches, with the Universal Championship and International Grand Prix up for grabs.

November
As has been a tradition for many years and much enjoyed by fans, the special Day of the Dead performances will be a major event.

• Monday, October 27 at Arena Puebla: Rey del Inframundo Qualifier.
• Tuesday, October 28 at Arena México and Arena Coliseo in Guadalajara: Rey del Inframundo Qualifiers
• Friday, October 31 at Arena México: Rey del Inframundo Finals
• Saturday, November 1 at Arena Coliseo
• Sunday, November 2, at Arena Mexico: Tzompantlí de Máscaras.
