• Speed Tournament Match: Sean Legacy vs. Axiom.
• Speed Tournament Match: Jasper Troy vs. Zachary Wentz.
• Contract Signing for NXT Championship at Halloween Havoc between Ricky Saints (c) vs. Trick Williams.
• TNA X-Division Championship: Leon Slater (c) vs. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
• OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) vs. Hank And Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger).
• Sol Ruca to speak.

First Hour

• The Culling cut a promo to begin the show, but they were interrupted by Fatal Influence. After Fatal Influence tried to cause a rift between Tatum Paxley & Izzi Dame, Dame & Paxley challenged them to a match for tonight. Fatal Influence & The Culling brawled after the promo.
• Stacks & Arianna Grace spoke backstage. As that was happening, Leon Slater told Je’Von Evans they should team up at Halloween Havoc. Evans told him he needed to slow down & focus on his match tonight.
• TNA X-Division Championship: Leon Slater (c) (w/ Je’Von Evans) def. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo (w/ Arianna Grace).
  • La Parka & Mr. Iguana interrupted Je’Von Evans & Leon Slater, challenging them to a tag match for Halloween Havoc.
• Speed Tournament Match: Jasper Troy def. Zachary Wentz.

Second Hour.

• DarkState had a vignette, but was interrupted by The Hardys challenging them to a match at The Hardy Compound at Halloween Havoc.
• Sol Ruca announced she will not be able to compete on Halloween Havoc after sustaining a knee injury. ZARIA will take her place in a match for the NXT Women’s North American Title at Halloween Havoc.
• Speed Tournament Match: Axiom def. Sean Legacy.
• Ethan Page had a vignette calling out Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., saying he would send him to the land of the dead.
• Tavin Heights & Myles Borne spoke backstage, but they were interrupted by Josh Briggs. Briggs said only one of them would be on top.
• OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) def. Hank And Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger).
  • OTM then attacked Hank and Tank after the match, putting them through a table.
• Lash Legend made fun of Wren Sinclair backstage. Kendal Grey had none of it, confronting Legend backstage.
• Fatal Influence (Lainey Reid & Jacy Jayne) (w/ Fallon Henley) def. The Culling (Tatum Paxley & Izzi Dame).
  • Paxley laid out Fatal Influence.
• Ava moderated the contract signing with Trick Williams & Ricky Saints. Williams said he could never be in the indies & called Saint his “stunt double”. Saints retaliated by saying he would defeat Williams on Halloween Havoc. Williams tried to blindsight Saints, but Saints caught him with an F5 through a table.
