Satanico Retirement Match, Three-Way Hair Match Set for CMLL Homenaje a Dos Leyendas

El Satanico announced he will say goodbye to in-ring competition, and more is set for CMLL Homenaje a Dos Leyendas.

As the February 11th edition of Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre’s show “Informa” was happening, Julio Cesar Rivera made multiple announcements for Homenaje a Dos Leyendas.

The first announcement was regarding Daniel Lopez, better known as El Satanico. CMLL will honor him at the event alongside Salvador Lutteroth Gonzalez. As part of the announcement, Lopez announced that he will have his final match at this event. Lopez has been an active performer for the past 50 years, serving as a trailblazer in the business and leading multiple iterations of the faction “Los Infernales”. He currently serves as the coach in Arena Coliseo in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Also announced for the show was Las Artemisas going at it in a three-way. Princesa Sugehit, Marcela, and Magnifica signed the contract to make a Hair Match official. This comes after weeks of bickering among the three, which led to the faction’s complete dissolution.
