The Olympic gold medalist is no longer with WWE.
Tyra Mae Steele, real name Tamyra Mensah Stock, took to X and shared that she has been let go by WWE. The Olympic gold medalist shared that she returned to Olympic wrestling and won gold and the prize purse of $350,000.
She noted that she tried to go back to WWE on Monday. She was brought to Raw and told that she was being let go because she returned to Olympic wrestling without informing them.
On a weekend off working for WWE,
I went back to Olympic wrestling, won gold at Worlds, prize purse was $350000….

In May 2023, it was announced that Steele signed with WWE. Her last match was at an EVOLVE taping during which she challenged for the EVOLVE Women’s Championship.
