Damu Anoa’i Comments On CM Punk Disrespecting His Family, Jokes About Wanting To Face Him At Power Slap
Damu Anoa’i doesn’t care for CM Punk’s disrespect.
Punk has seemingly ticked off many Samoans in recent weeks, as he’s taken multiple shots at Roman Reigns and his entire family/bloodline. Punk really struck a nerve with his comments on the March 2 episode of Raw, where he threatened to bury Reigns next to his father, Sika.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm for a recent interview, Damu Anoa’i, a nephew of Yokozuna, spoke about Punk’s recent attitude towards his family.
“We don’t play about our family over here on this end, imma keep that real. It is what it is. It was said. What was done was done. So I feel like, what can we do? We don’t play around about our family though, best believe that.”
Anoa’i went on to say that he would’ve slapped Punk if he was involved with the segment.
“Oh, I’m sorry to say, I probably would’ve — in Samoan, we would’ve sausaged you, man. Sausage means we would’ve slapped you.”
A bit later on in the interview, Anoa’i joked that he wants to face off with CM Punk at a Power Slap event.
“Imma be honest man, they should’ve had me and CM Punk go head up at Power Slap. Nah, I’m just playing.”
