Demetrious Johnson To Be Inducted Into 2026 UFC Hall of Fame

Demetrious Johnson is headed to the Hall.

UFC announced that former UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame class of 2026. Johnson will be inducted into the Modern Wing.

Johnson was the inaugural Flyweight Champion. He successfully defended the title a record eleven consecutive times. His only UFC loss at flyweight came in his final UFC fight when he dropped a split decision to Henry Cejudo.

Johnson went 15-2-1 in his UFC career.

In October 2018, Johnson was traded to ONE FC in exchange for Ben Askren. He went 5-1 in ONE, winning the Flyweight title. He retired in May 2023, finishing with a professional record of 25-4-1.

Johnson joins Dominik Cruz and the UFC 248 bout between Zhang Weili and Joanna Jędrzejczyk as the 2026 Hall of Fame inductees.
