Ichiban Sweet Boys Become Three-Time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions At NJPW Wrestling Redzone

Ichiban Sweet Boys have the gold again.

The semi-main event of NJPW Wrestling Redzone on April 25th was an IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship match.

Going into the bout, Robbie X and Taiji Ishimori put the belts on the line against Ichiban Sweet Boys (Robbie Eagles & Kosei Fujita).

Ishimori and X won the titles from Ichiban Sweet Boys in March at NJPW’s 54th Anniversary Event. The match at Wrestling Redzone was their second defense.

The bout concluded when Eagles made Ishimori tap out to the Ron Miller Special submission. Eagles and Fujita are now three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
