Chris Jericho Says He Audtioned For Role That Went To Nick Offerman In ‘Margo’s Got Money Troubles’
Chris Jericho explains how he landed a role in “Margo’s Got Money Troubles.”
“Margo’s Got Money Troubles” is a new series on AppleTV where Nick Offerman plays Jinx, a former pro wrestler and the father of Margo. The series also stars Nicole Kidman.
Chris Jericho has a role in the series, playing himself and a rival to Offerman in the ring.
Speaking on Talk Is Jericho, Jericho revealed he originally auditioned for the part of Jinx.
“It’s weird enough playing myself, but it’s kind of cool. Nick and Nicole, how could you not be cool with this? I actually auditioned for the part that Nick plays. They liked my read. ‘Let’s have him do something in this scene more than just a background.’ That’s how all that came about,” said Jericho.
The series premiered on April 15.
