Hiroshi Tanahashi Confirms Daiki Nagai For NJPW Best Of The Super Juniors Tournament
Daiki Nagai is set for the tourney.
The current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion DOUKI pulled himself from the remainder of NJPW’s Wrestling Dontaku tour. He also stated that he would be boycotting the 2026 Best of the Super Juniors tournament, which is scheduled to kick off on May 14th.
With DOUKI boycotting the tournament, Unbound Company’s Daiki Nagai has been making his case to be added to the field. At the 5/1 Road to Wrestling Dontaku show, NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi confirmed Nagai for the tournament.
