AEW Dedicating 5/6 AEW Dynamite To Ted Turner
Media mogul Ted Turner passed away on Wednesday, May 6.
Turner founded TBS and TNT, which were the homes of WCW, and are now the homes of AEW. AEW Dynamite airs every Wednesday on TBS, while AEW Collision airs every Saturday on TNT.
Ahead of the May 6 episode of Dynamite, AEW announced that they will dedicate the episode to the late Turner.
“AEW mourns the loss of Ted Turner and sends our condolences. A pioneer of TV and founder of TBS & TNT, Turner championed pro wrestling on his networks since the 1970’s. AEW proudly continues that tradition, and we dedicate Wednesday Night Dynamite tonight on TBS to his memory.”

- Double Jeopardy: Dax Harwood vs. Orange Cassidy
- AEW World Championship: Darby Allin (c) vs. Kevin Knight
- AEW Continental Championship Eliminator: Jon Moxley vs. Juice Robinson
- Mina Shirakawa and Harley Cameron vs. Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander
