Parker Boudreaux Shares That He Received Pay Raise Two Weeks Before WWE Release
Two weeks before his WWE release, Parker Boudreaux received a pay raise.
There was a point in Parker Boudreaux’s pro wrestling career when he was contracted to WWE. He was part of the NXT brand under the name Harland.
He was let go from the company in April 2022. Boudreaux looked back on his exit from WWE during an interview with F4WOnline. Boudreaux shared that two weeks before he was cut, he received a pay raise from WWE.
“I was grateful for my time in WWE because I could definitely see myself back in WWE soon, and just what an honor to be in the WWE, and I was on TV every Tuesday. I was doing a great job, I thought, because I got a raise, you know, two weeks before I got released. So, when I got released, obviously, it was super blindsiding and super unexpected, probably the most unexpected thing in a while. But looking back at it, of course, now I just realize that’s the pro wrestling business. It could’ve been anything, you know? For me, I knew I put my 100 percent work ethic in there, and now I’ve just grown tremendously internationally, and all these different techniques, living in the dojo in Japan for years, and, you know, just all the things that I’ve done now, I think it’s just showing my passion for it, which I don’t think maybe was seen when I got from college football to WWE ’cause I just started WWE.”
After his time with WWE came to an end, Boudreaux would go on to sign with All Elite Wrestling. He was a member of The Trustbusters and aligned with the Mogul Affiliates with Swerve Strickland during his time in AEW.
His time with AEW came to an end in early 2024. Boudreaux remains active in the ring and has been a regular for the GLEAT promotion in Japan.
