Darby Allin Reveals He Is Getting Married The Day Before AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026

Darby Allin reveals that he is getting married on June 27th, the day before AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door next month.

Allin has currently been working a hectic schedule as the AEW World Champion, defending the title against several talent of AEW’s top talent. This weekend, he will continue that trend, defending the championship against MJF in a hair vs title match at AEW Double Or Nothing this Sunday. Now, he has revealed that he has another big event planned next month prior to AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

While speaking to Q1043 New York in a new interview, Darby Allin revealed that he is actually getting married the day before AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door next month on June 27th. He also noted that he doesn’t plan on going on a honeymoon in the aftermath.

“June 27th. It’s coming up. I found out… the wedding’s on the 27th, the very next day we have another pay-per-view (Forbidden Door). So no honeymoon here.”

Allin shared earlier in the interview that he proposed at the top of Mount Everest.

“She’s like, ‘it’s so cool that you’re still doing all the crazy stuff from high school,’ and then I was like, let’s hang out, and then brought her bungee jumping, and then I proposed to her on top of Everest.”
