Rey Mysterio Gives Update On Animated Series, Says They’re Looking For Distribution In USA

There is an action-comedy animated series titled ‘Rey Mysterio vs. The Darkness.’ It is available to watch in Latin America.

Mysterio spoke about the series while chatting with The Undertaker for a recording of Six Feet Under. Mysterio shared that they’re trying to find a U.S. distributor for the series.

“It’s out in Latin America, but at the time, they were going through some sales and purchases with Cartoon Network in Latin America and we kind of got lost in the transition so, what we’re doing now is we bought the project ourselves. We are trying to bring it over to the U.S. and see if we can find the right partnership to be able to display it.”

Elsewhere on the Rey Mysterio front, he was named the General Manager of Lucha Libre AAA. He remains on commentary with Corey Graves and J.B.L. (John Bradshaw Layfield).
