Injuries in wrestling are a part of the industry, with pro wrestlers suffering said injuries in a range of ways. One form of injury that has been commonly in the spotlight is head injuries and concussions, with specific protocols in place to protect a wrestlers brain.

While speaking on the latest episode of his Protolog, Kyle Fletcher shared that he had previously taken hits to the head in matches that caused him to not remember the events of the bout afterwards.

“I’ve been hit in a match, kept wrestling, got backstage and like didn’t remember the match, but like never went out. Maybe my brain is just too fucking strong. If you could create a pro wrestler in a lab, what would he look like, huh? Would he have a brain made of concrete? I think so. In my brain, I have raw, uncooked pizza dough into the shape of a brain.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Kyle reflected on his return to the ring. You can read more about that here.
