Shiloh Hill Picks Up Win Over Tristan Angels At NXT Great American Bash
A win for Shiloh Hill.
The first non-title match on the bill for NXT Great American Bash 2026 was Shiloh Hill versus Tristan Angels. The two talents have been at odds, and it came to a head when Hill was voted Mr. NXT over Angels.
There was a point in the match when Angels was dragged underneath the ring, and there was a phone ringing. He went to answer it, and then Hill snuck up behind him with a mask on and started choking Angels. When Angels escaped, Hill popped up behind him again.
In the end, it was Hill picking up the victory over Angels. In Hill’s post-match promo, he stated that he showed why no one should be sleeping on him.
