Lyra Valkyria discusses how she’s feeling in the wake of her recent heel turn, believing winning back ‘her title’ will solve issues.

Since turning on Bayley and later defeating her at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Valkyria has shown off a different side of her character in the world of professional wrestling. Lyra has been ever present on RAW in some form, with her new ragged look becoming a topic of conversation amongst fans.

While speaking to Contralona in a new interview, Lyra Valkyria spoke about her recent character shift, noting that everything will be ok once she regains the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

“I feel different. I feel better. I feel lighter. I feel like, you know, I didn’t realize there was this mental cloud the whole time and now stuff can be good. I think once I have my championship back, I think then that’s when everything will really feel good, you know? I think that’s the missing piece. I think that’s why.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Lyra spoke about Raquel Rodriguez needing to watch her back. You can read more about that here.
