Big E Wants His Memoir To Be A ‘Story Of Hope To Those Who Feel Hopeless’

Big E thanks the fans for showing support for his book.

He’s currently working on his memoir “How I Got Over,” where he covers various aspects of his life and pro-wrestling career. BenBella is publishing the book and is reportedly scheduled for release in early 2027.

On social media, Big E shared a first look at his memoir ahead of release. He received a promotional copy from his publisher, meaning the pages inside are blank.

The former WWE Champion took a moment to thank the fans for showing support and explained why this book is a story of hope for others.

“I truly just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has been so supportive, everyone who has shared the message, who has shared posts on social media. But this has been a true labor of love. The message of hope. This ultimately is a message of hope for someone like me who was diagnosed with major depressive disorder with psychotic features at the age of 19. I never thought I would make it out of my 20s. I had a very hard time for the longest time. I really want this to be a story of hope to those who feel hopeless. It’s not really about accolades and accomplishments. It’s about finding self-love. It’s about learning to find value in yourself. It’s about healing and knowing that things can get much, much better. At a time when I was really struggling, I never foresaw any of this. I’m so, so grateful. So truly can’t thank everyone enough who has been supportive, who has spread the message over this.”

In a recent interview, the wrestler praised Lio Rush for trying something different. Fans can read his full comments here.
