At Brand Risk Promotions 15, Gabe Silva, the son of Anderson Silva, scored a TKO victory over Kimbo Slice Jr. in the second round.
The finish saw Silva catch Kimbo Jr with a left hook as Kimbo went in for an uppercut. Kimbo Jr was knocked to the mat and couldn’t recover before the ten count. Prior to the finish, Silva dropped Kimbo Jr with an uppercut.
Kimbo Jr put together a good first round, rocking Silva with a left hook and a right hand, but couldn’t finish the fight.

After the fight, Silva said, “I feel great, bro. Right from the beginning I’ve been saying I wanted this fight because out of all the opponents I had, Kimbo was the only one that feel what I feel, to carry someone’s legacy.”
Kimbo challenged him to run it back in MMA.
