Adam Copeland checks off Wembley Stadium from his ‘white whales’ venue list.
Earlier this month, Copeland posted a picture on Instagram about the few ‘white whales’ he needed to catch. The image had four venues: Arena Mexico, Wembley Stadium, Maple Leaf Gardens, and Tokyo Dome.
Copeland wrestled at Arena Mexico on August 5, competing against Death Riders in an eight-man tag team match with The Young Bucks. The next name on his list is Wembley Stadium, where this year’s AEW All In takes place. Copeland will team up with Cage against The Young Bucks on this show.
On his Instagram, he shared a picture checking off Wembley from his list.
“Tomorrow another iconic venue gets checked off my list. Wembley Stadium. My first @aew All In. Against a team I have a massive amount of respect for. A team in The Young Bucks that we thought we’d never face. That ship had sailed when they told @christian4peeps we had to retire. Yet somehow, some way, here we are.
