Steve Maclin ambushed Adam Copeland at Dynamite.

It is official that Steve Maclin will clash with AEW World Tag Team Champion Adam Copeland at Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling’s Northern Rising event on October 3rd. The show will stream live on MyAEW.

In the lead-up to their bout, MLP aired footage of Maclin attacking Copeland backstage at Dynamite.

Coming up for Copeland is the All Out pay-per-view on September 26th, where he and Christian Cage will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship in a three-way Ladder match against FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson).
