Triple H talks WWE’s tryout in Hawaii.
In addition to two days of live events in October, WWE will also host two days of tryouts in Hawaii. Roman Reigns, The Rock, and The Usos are featured on the advertisement.
Speaking with KHON2 News, Triple H talked about the company’s decision to host a tryout in Hawaii.
“Hawaii has such a rich tradition for us, our roots are firmly planted there from The Rock to his grandfather, Peter Maivia. Don Muraco coming from there. The history of WWE runs through Hawaii and there are so many amazing athletes in the pacific islands. There are so many big personalities in the pacific islands. We are thrilled to be coming there and trying to find the next WWE superstar. You see it today all over everything we do, from Nia Jax to Roman Reigns to The Usos. You see the imprint of the pacific islands, we want to go look for that next generation. We believe that they’re there. Everybody just has to be willing to come and show out for us and we’ll take it from there.”
