Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi Announces She’s Cancer Free
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi announces that she’s cancer-free.
Snooki was part of WWE programming back in 2011. She got into a program with Vickie Guerrero and LayCool, which led to a six-person mixed tag team match at WrestleMania 27. She teamed up with John Morrison and Trish Stratus against Dolph Ziggler and LayCool (Michelle McCool and Layla) that night and went on to win her only wrestling match.
Since then, Polizzi has largely stayed away from professional wrestling. She was diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer earlier this year.
On social media, Polizzi provided an update to her fans, saying, “After a colposcopy, conization & hysterectomy, mawma is cancer free.”
She also thanked the doctors in her post caption:
“Thanks to all the doctors who helped me on this journey! It wouldn’t be possible without you! Now it’s paps every 3 months to make sure it never comes back! GET UR PAP SMEARS LADIES! & stay on top of those appointments!💗”
