Shotzi Blackheart Withdraws From CMLL Women’s Grand Prix Due To Personal Matters

Shotzi Blackheart is no longer on the tour.

On her social media pages, Shotzi Blackheart shared that she is no longer going to be touring with CMLL for the Women’s Grand Prix.

She noted that a personal matter related to her family is the reason she is deciding to withdraw.

“Late Sunday night, I lost my brother Dean. Being away from my family these last few days has been hard, but they’ve been so supportive and encouraged me to fulfill my commitments this week.

I will, however, need to withdraw from my CMLL tour next week to be with my family and honor my brother’s memory. It was a huge honor to be selected for the CMLL Grand Prix, and I don’t take that opportunity lightly. Thank you to everyone at CMLL and the fans for understanding how hard all this is for me.”

On October 13th, Blackheart returned to TNA Wrestling as part of the promotion’s post-Bound For Glory television tapings. She had previously been under contract to MLW.
