Myles Borne Tells Fans They Are ‘Wasting Their Engery’ By Chanting ‘What?’ At Him

Since turning on Tavion Heights and showing a new side of himself, fans have booed Myles Borne when he’s set foot in the WWE Performance Center.

During a recent promo, he received “What?” chants from the NXT Universe despite the fact that he’s deaf and can’t hear the chants.

Speaking to Korey Smith and Tor Smith on KRON4, Borne was asked how he felt about the “What?” chants.

“The only reason I knew there was a ‘What?’ chant is that when I watched it back, there was closed caption, so I was able to pick up on it. To me, it just shows me…you’re really doing ‘What?’ chants to a guy that can’t hear? You’re wasting your energy. You have to be a lot louder than that if you want to try and get my attention. I think it’s funny. They know the situation, and yet they are sitting there yelling. Keep saying, ‘What?’ I love it. Once I watched it back and saw what they are saying, great, I appreciate it,” he said.

Borne and Heights are still engaged in a feud, though they aren’t scheduled to meet at NXT Halloween Havoc as of now.

Halloween Havoc takes place on Saturday, October 31. Fans can learn more about the event here.
