Danhausen Explains Why He Trademarked His Face Paint

Danhausen set the trend of trademarking his face paint, wanting to do so to protect himself.
He previously explained to Chris Van Vliet on Insight that he made the decision to trademark the face paint because he saw a Magic: The Gathering card that looked similar to his face paint. When he saw that, he decided to get the trademark done.
On social media, Danhausen gave further insight into his move.
“If you’re mad about this, you’re stupid.
This isn’t so Danhausen can Willy nilly try to sue people. It’s literally so no one can yell at Danhausen.”
