Alex Pereira Planning To Send Israel Adesanya To The WWE Following UFC 287 Rematch: "There's A Place For Him To Go"

UFC middleweight champion, Alex Pereira, is planning on sending former champ, Israel Adesanya, to the world of professional wrestling once he beats him for a fourth time this weekend.

Pereira spoke with ESPN's Marc Raimondi during the media day for UFC 287 on Wednesday in Miami, Florida ahead of his rematch with Adesanya, and gave his thoughts on the recent news of the UFC-WWE merger, explaining why the WWE will be the only place for his archrival to go following another defeat to him on Saturday night.

"(The WWE) is a place for (Israel) Adesanya right?," Pereira said via a translator. "Because after this fight, what's he going to do here? (The UFC) He already lost at light heavyweight. So, there's a place for him to go."
