Candace Covington is the sister of newly crowned UFC Interim Welterweight Champion Colby Covington, who won the gold by defeating former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael Dos Anjos at UFC 225.
Now that her brother is holding UFC gold, a bold Candace says that UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley is next.
“There are still gonna be haters, ‘Oh well you didn’t do this right, you didn’t do that right. Now we got a belt, now what do you have to say? Now we’re coming after Woodley, there’s no stopping us now. Absolutely not,” she said on the UFC’s 225 ‘The Thrill and The Agony.’
Woodley, who has sparred with Colby in many different forms of social media, claims that Candace has been trying to slide into his DM’s.
The welterweight champion made those claims via Twitter:

There is no idea at this time as to when the potential title unification bout will happen, but Woodley did says he would like to compete again at UFC 227 this August.
