UFC Hall Of Fame member Mark Coleman voiced his opinion about the placement of the Punk/Jackson fight on Twitter:

That would lead to Punk issuing a response of his own through Twitter, where the former wrestler admits his bout should be kicking off the event on UFC Fight Pass:

Such luminaries as former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm, Invicta FC Featherweight Champion Megan Anderson, one time featherweight title challenger Ricardo Lamas, one time women’s strawweight title challenge Claudia Gadelha, former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza, Clay Guida, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rashad Evans and two time flyweight title challenger Joseph Benavidez will all step foot in the Octagon before the winless CM Punk and Mike Jackson will at the event.

UFC 225 takes place on Saturday, June 9 from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois with Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
