MMA

Combate Americas was set to run Combate Americas: San Juan on Saturday, January 25 from the Coliseo De Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The promotion’s debut in Puerto Rico is going to have to wait because an earthquake that struck the country this past Tuesday has caused Combate Americas officials to postpone the card.

Campbell McLaren has taken to Twitter to issue a statement on the shows postponement:

A report from The Athletic states that fighters who were scheduled to compete on January 25 are going to be rescheduled to compete on future cards.

The promotion had yet to announce the full lineup for the event, but such notables as Amanda Serrano, Billy Molina and Zedekiah Montanez were scheduled to compete.

Up next for Combate Americas is Combate Americas: Mexicali on Friday, February 21 with Rafa Garcia and Humberto Bandenay headlining.
