Conor McGregor Claims It’s A ‘Done Deal’ That He Will Fight On UFC White House Event

Conor McGregor might be returning to the Octagon.

Appearing on Fox News, McGregor says it’s a “done deal” that he will be fighting on the UFC event at the White House.

“Done deal, signed, delivered. McGregor will compete in the White House for America’s 250th birthday,” he stated.

The event is scheduled for June 2026. UFC has not confirmed the exact date or McGregor being part of the card.

Conor McGregor hasn’t fought since July 2021 when he suffered a broken lower tibia against Dustin Poirier. He  was shceduled to fight Michael Chandler in June 2024, but had to pull out of the event due to injury.

In November 2024, McGregor was found civilly liable of sexual assault in a civil case brought forward by Nikita Hand. Hand alleged that McGregor and James Laurence sexually assaulted her in 2018.
