Cynthia Calvillo Wants To Question Donald Trump About Master Thong’s Visa Issues

Cynthia Calvillo is competing in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night Washington DC, facing Marina Rodriguez in a women’s strawweight division affair.

Master Thong will not be traveling with Calvillo to UFC Fight Night Washington DC due to visa issues and Calvillo would like to ask President Donald Trump about those visa issues.

“Yeah, I got to talk to him,” Calvillo said to MMA Junkie. “I want him to go because Master Thong – so I was training with my muay Thai coach, Master Thong, out there in Thailand, and I really wanted to get him to come corner me. So I went to go get his paperwork, tried to get it fixed, get his visa, and they denied him, so I got to have a talk with Donald Trump if he shows up, and tell him why he didn’t let Master Thong come in and corner me.”

President Trump was in attendance last month at UFC 244, but there are no plans at the moment for him to attend the UFC Fight Night Washington DC card.

UFC Fight Night Washington DC takes place on Saturday, December 7 from the Capital One Arena in Washington DC with Alistair Overeem and Jairzinho Rozenstruik headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
