A lightweight division attraction is the latest addition to UFC 221 as Damien Brown is going to be in action against Dong Hyun Kim.
The Daily Telegraph first reported the bout.
Brown (17-11-0) enters the fight while riding a two bout losing streak, with those losses coming to Frank Camacho and Vinc Pichel. Brown has also earned a pair of victories during his UFC tenure, defeating both Jon Tuck and Cezar Arzamendia. Brown also went winless during a three fight stint in Cage Warriors, losing to Paul Redmond, Julien Boussuge and Tim Wilde.
Kim (15-8-3) comes into the bout while riding a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Brendan O’Reilly and Takanori Gomi. Kim has seen three of his four bouts in the UFC go to the third round, while holding a record of 1-2-0 in those three bouts. Kim also also seen three of his professional MMA fights be ruled draws and all of those bouts took place within the first two years of the competitors career.
UFC 221 takes place on Saturday, February 10 from the Perth Arena in Perth, Australia with Robert Whittaker and Luke Rockhold headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
