The former UFC middleweight champion is coming off a loss to Uriah Hall on October 31 in what was dubbed by the promotion as his retirement fight. Silva (34-11-0-1) is on a 1-7 (1) run dating back to his first loss to Chris Weidman back in July 2013. The only win standing in that stretch is a unanimous decision aganist Derek Brunson in 2017.

As for the future, Bellator President Scott Coker recently revealed he had not put much thought into signing Silva. Past foe Vitor Belfort has welcomed a rematch against Anderson Silva under the ONE Championship banner.
