Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Season Three Kicks Off This June

Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series (DWTNCS) has launched the careers of some of the best prospects in the MMA world.

The third season of the contender series will kick off on Tuesday, June 18 and will also return to UFC Fight Pass.

However, a series of changes are being made for the third season, with the first of those changes being that the season will consists of ten events, instead of eight events like the past two seasons. Also, a venue change will happen in season three as the show will move from the UFC Ultimate Fighter Gym in Las Vegas, Nevada to the UFC Apex, which is located near the UFC headquarters in Las Vegas.

Another huge change hasn’t been made official yet, but MMA Junkie is reporting that a fourth season could happen by the end of the year. If that report proves to be true, it would mean that for the first time in the series history, two seasons will happen in the same calendar year.

There have been no fights announced for any of the ten events in the third season of the contender series, which will come to a conclusion on Tuesday, August 20.
