Dana White Says All Postponed Fights Will Get Rescheduled

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a lot of issues in the MMA world and the UFC was just one of many promotions affected by the virus.

A total of three events (UFC Fight Night London, UFC Fight Night Columbus and UFC Fight Night Portland) have all been postponed by the UFC in the wake of the coronavirus.

While there were a lot of bouts affected by the virus, one thing UFC President Dana White wants fans to know is that all of those postponed fights are going to be rescheduled.

“All these fights are being rescheduled,” White told Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports (via Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie). “Once we get the Khabib fight on, we’re rolling, man. We’re back in business, and we’re rolling. And like I told you earlier, everybody that’s going to fight because they want to, not because they have to.”

UFC 249 was also affected by the coronavirus, but that event will still be held on April 18, but at a location that hasn’t been made public at this time.

There is no word yet on how White plans on rescheduling all of the postponed fights, where they will get their own cards or get sprinkled onto other previously announced events.
