“I think a lot of people would be shocked if you heard what some of these big stars are making. But I don’t ever talk about that. You know, listen, these guys, they know what they make,” White said (via Badar Raja of Bloody Elbow).

There are a lot of factors that can play into a UFC fighters pay, including contracted pay, win bonuses, non-discretionary bonuses, sponsorship bonuses and other factors.

White also claims that the UFC’s female stars are at a better pay ratio with the UFC’s male stars, especially when compared to other sports.

“If you look at what females are paid in other sports compared to the males, and you look at what Amanda Nunes makes here. It’s pretty impressive,” says White.

While the UFC does disclose their fighter payouts, such things a non-discretionary bonuses and other payouts aren’t revealed to the public.
