Darren Till and Khamzat Chimaev reveal if they will ever fight each other despite their new friendship

Popular Aussie and NZ MMA Fighters

Over the last few months, Darren Till and Khamzat Chimaev have become the most unlikely of friends.

Till and Chimaev shocked MMA fans a few months ago when they shared videos and pictures of the two training together despite them both previously saying that they want to fight each other in the future.

As time passed by the two started getting more and more popularity and even started doing their own vlogs which documented their training together and the other madness they get upto outside of the Octagon.

Despite the two seeming to be genuinely very good friends, the thought of friends turning to rivals hangs over the head of every MMA fan.

We have seen a prime example of that situation happen with Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington over the last few years and we all know how ugly that rivalry has turned.

So today, in an interview with Ariel Helwani, the pair were asked if they would ever fight each other.

Watch the clip below to see what they both had to say.

Whilst at first Chimaev joked that Till didn't care and that he wanted to fight him, Chimaev then went on to say that he would never fight his brothers.

The response wasn't really surprising as it was confirmed today that Till will actually be present in Chimaev's corner for his upcoming fight against Gilbert Burns.
