Demi Lovato is not just a musician and an actress, but has also trained in various aspects of mixed martial arts for many years now. The entertainer frequently trains at Jay Glazer’s gym in Hollywood, California and after a recent training session, somebody left the gym missing a tooth.
That person was Glazer, who had his tooth knocked out by Lovato during a recent sparring session at the gym.
Lovato revealed what happened with a video posted on Instagram:
The musician and actress isn’t just training in the striking department, as she also holds a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Lovato has also been seen sitting in the crowd for several Bellator MMA and UFC events throughout the years.
There has also been times in the past that Lovato has stated that she wants to compete MMA, but nothing has come to fruition for the entertainer at this time.
