Donald Cerrone, Matt Brown Called Out After UFC Rotterdam

MMA

UFC Rotterdam is in the books, and while it didn't feature major UFC names, there were a couple called out.

Welterweight Leon "Rocky" Edwards continued his hot streak with a win over Bryan Barberena. He's now won four in a row, and six of his last seven, and has a big name in mind.

Leon Edwards called out Donald Cerrone after his win yesterday, saying "(I called him out) after I fought the last time. It would be a good contest, me and him. I want to keep moving up. I’m 26 years old now. I want to keep moving up the rankings and hopefully get top 15, top 10 next. I’m on a four-fight win streak now, so that should be guaranteed.”

Edwards wasn't the only one on the show who was quick to name a preferred future opponent. Siyar Bahadurzada missed much of the last five years due to injury, and he's looking to make up for lost time by picking a fight with Matt Brown.

“I think Matt Brown would be a good fight,” Bahadurzada said. “He says that he’s immortal, but I will show he’s pretty much mortal.”
