Elevator Accident Knocks CB Dolloway Off Of UFC 203

MMA

In what may go down as one of the weirder stories this year, light heavyweight fighter CB Dolloway has been pulled from tonight’s UFC 203 card after suffering a back injury following an elevator accident.

The following statement was issued a short time ago by the UFC:

The Most Popular Prop Bets Placed During MMA Matches

“UFC announced that CB Dollaway has had to withdraw from his scheduled bout at UFC 203 due to an injury he suffered last night as a result of an elevator accident at a hotel in Cleveland. UFC officials have been in communication with hotel management, and the hotel is currently evaluating and investigating the issues surrounding the incident.”

Dolloway’s opponent, Francimar Barroso, has also been pulled from the card, but an interesting tweet from UFC President Dana White shows that a certain “Cowboy” volunteered to take the fight…

Since that fight has been pulled from the card, a lightweight division fight between Drew Dober and Jason Gonzalez will be moved from the UFC Fight Pass portion of the preliminary card to the Fox Sports 1 portion of the preliminary card. UFC 203 takes place tonight from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio with Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem headlining.
