Bellator 210's Kristina Williams Looks To Rebound By Finishing Bruna Ellen on Nov. 30

Kristina Williams looks to get back on track at Bellator 210 and her opponent on that night is going to be Bruna Ellen.

Even though Williams is coming off of a loss to UFC veteran Valerie Letourneau, it didn’t stop her from learning some valuable lessons on that night.

“I just took away that I gotta get better at the basics, just like mashing my jiu-jitsu…my striking. My takedown defense was a little off and I think what lost me that fight was the inability to get up when she took me down, even though she didn’t advance position very much and just being quicker with my movement in my takedown defense,” says Williams in an exclusive interview with Fightful’s James Lynch.

Williams had been undefeated prior to the loss to Letourneau, with those victories coming over the duo of Heather Hardy and Emily Ducote.

The fighter is looking to get back in the win column at Bellator 210, with her striking game hopefully leading the way.

“Hopefully its gonna be a good striking fight, but I’m ready for the ground too…always. I just love striking so much, but I’m hoping to stop it before the end with striking,” says Williams.

Bellator 210 takes place on Friday, November 30 from the Winstar World Resort & Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with John Salter and Chidi Njokuani headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
