It is all over because the legendary Floyd Mayweather has reached 50-0 with a 10th round TKO victory over UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

The fight marked the return from retirement for Mayweather, while McGregor was making his pro boxing debut.

McGregor looked good early on, but faded as the fight went on and that’s when Mayweather took over with power strikes to get the 10th round finish. McGregor said in the post-fight interview that he thought the stoppage was early, neither fighter got dropped in the ten rounds of action.

Mayweather officially announced his retirement again and McGregor’s future in boxing is unknown at this time. McGregor did say he would return to the UFC, but didn’t announce a specific date or time frame.
