A flyweight division attraction will be headlining the Legacy Fighting Alliance 7 card as Klayton Mai will be seeing action against Roberto Sanchez.
Mai (8-2-0) will be making his LFA debut in this fight and he has won three of his last four entering this fight. Mai also competed twice under the Bellator MMA banner, defeating the duo of Xavier Siller and Roshaun Jones. Mai has only competed once in the last year-plus, which was a loss to Matt Schnell at Legacy Fighting Championships 52.
Sanchez (5-0-0) will also be making his promotional debut in this fight, having spent his entire pro MMA career in the Legacy Fighting Championships. Sanchez has only seen one of his five fights go the distance and that was a win over Jacob Silva at the Legacy Fighting Championships 39. Sanchez won two of three fights as an amateur, all three of those fights came in the Legacy Fighting Championships amateur promotion.
Legacy Fighting Alliance 7 takes place on Friday, March March 24 from the Arena Theater in Houston, Texas with Klayton Mai and Roberto Sanchez. The LFA is a promotion that as formed following the merger of the Resurrection Fighting Alliance and the Legacy Fighting Championships.
