Fourth Title Bout Added To WSOF 34

A fourth title bout has been added to the World Series Of Fighting 34 card as middleweight champion David Branch defends the belt against Louis Taylor.

Branch (19-3-0) is also the current WSOF Light Heavyweight Champion, he last defended the middleweight title against Clifford Starks at the WSOF 30. Branch’s last bout in the promotion was a light heavyweight title defense, where he defeated Vinny Magalhaes by decision at the WSOF 33. Branch will enter the fight riding a nine fight winning streak and he has not suffered a defeat in well over four years.

Taylor (13-3-0) is currently undefeated under the WSOF banner, having defeated both Cory Devela and Phil Hawes. Taylor will enter the fight riding a six fight winning streak, which includes a pair of wins over UFC veterans Joe Vedepo and Brian Houston. Taylor has not seen one of his fights go to the judge’s scorecards in over eight years,  that fight that went to a decision for Taylor happened at Adrenaline MMA I in June 2008.

World Series Of Fighting 34 is taking place on Saturday, December 31st from The Theater At Madison Square Garden in New York, New York with Justin Gaethje and Joao Zeferino headlining.
