Henry Cejudo Comments On UFC 250 Cancellation, Promises To Serve GOAT On Another Day

UFC Bantamweight Champion Henry Cejudo was reportedly scheduled to defend the gold against former UFC Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz in the main event of UFC 250, but the event would be postponed after Disney and ESPN asked UFC President Dana White to stand down in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

Cejudo, who will now join the rest of the UFC roster by sitting on the sidelines for the time being, has taken to Instagram to comment on the cancellation of next month’s UFC 250 card:

The UFC is in the midst of building a “Fight Island” and it could be ready to hold events in about a month, so Cejudo and the other fighters affected by the postponements could be back in action sooner than expected.
