Holly Holm speaks on a number of topics.

This upcoming Saturday on June 9th at UFC 225 the 11-4 Holly Holm will step into the octagon against the 8-2 Megan Anderson in Chicago, IL. Holly Holm is aware of the size difference between herself and Megan Anderson as she explained to TMZ Sports but she loves the challenge that awaits her this upcoming Saturday and also shared that she is excited for the bout in general.

"Yep, I’m excited for it. She’s a tall fighter. I’ve only fought one opponent in my entire fighting career that’s been six feet tall so I’m looking forward to it so we’ll… different experience and a whole different avenue, I’m excited for it." She said.

Holly Holm is a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion and has transitioned from the bantamweight division to the featherweight division and vice versa a number of times. When asked about another potential fight with Cris Cyborg who Holm fell in defeat to back at UFC 219, she stated that she would love to get another opportunity to fight for the Bantamweight Championship.

"You know I feel like… one fight at a time and I’m always open to whatever doors open from here." She said. "Going forward, Cyborg and I had a really competitive fight and there’s a lot of things I have… there’s small goals to big goals. I’d love to go back and fight for the 135-pound title as well and get my belt back. I know I’ve been at 145 and this is the opportunity now but we’ll see what happens after this."

Another woman who Holly Holm has done battle with is one who was known as "The Baddest Woman On The Planet", Ronda Rousey. Holly Holm was the first competitor to defeat Ronda Rousey in Rousey's twelve fights prior to her meeting with Holm. Ronda has since transitioned to the land of sports-entertainment and in two weeks she will be challenging for the RAW Women's Championship at the 'Money In The Bank' PPV. Holly Holm stated that she has not had the chance to watch Ronda in WWE but does not see any reason to not root for her success.

"You know, I haven’t watched her yet but if I’m near the TV I’ll watch ya’ know, see how she does with that.” She continued, “Yeah why not [When asked if she will be rooting for Ronda Rousey at ‘Money In The Bank’]. I have respect for anybody I’ve stepped in there with so I hope they do well. A lot of people say, ‘Oh I can’t believe she’s gone there now’; that’s what she feels like doing then go do that."

The New Mexico Boxing Hall Of Famer was then asked if she would ever consider making the jump to professional wrestling and she responded with the following:

"I guess if that’s wherever my path went, then who knows. Right now, I’m still so passionate about doing MMA, that's where I’m at. But if you would’ve asked me when I was boxing would I be… you know, if you’d asked ten years ago where’d I be now I probably wouldn’t say where I’m at, now. So I don’t know." She continued, "I don’t really like to pine too far in the future but we’ll see what happens."
