Ibraheem Yazeed Jailed Without Bond In Aniah Blanchard Case

Ibraheem Yazeed was arrested late last week in Florida and charged with kidnapping Aniah Blanchard, who is the stepdaughter of UFC fighter Walt Harris.

WSFA 12 News is now reporting that Yazeed is behind bars at a jail in Lee County (Alabama) and is being held without bond. Yazeed had previously been freed on a $280,000 bond and awaiting trial for unrelated charges of kidnapping, robbery, and attempted murder of a 77 year old man.

An affidavit obtained by WSFA 12 News states that witness saw Yazeed forced Blanchard into her vehicle against Blanchard’s will before driving off together. The same affidavit also states that blood evidence found on the passenger side of the vehicle “was indicative of someone suffering a life-threatening injury.”

The search for Blanchard continues and over $100,000 has been offered for any information leading to her safe return.

Help has also come in another form as Beth Holloway, mother of the deceased Natalee Holloway, has come to Alabama to help in the search for Blanchard. Texas EquuSearch, a non-profit group that assists in missing person searches, has also been on the scene assisting in the Blanchard case as well.
