Jackson Wink is easily one of the greatest teams in all of MMA right now, boosting such stars UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones, former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm and others.
A big move is being made by the team as Jackson Wink has deciding to offer naming rights to their gym, which is located off Route 66 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
“It’s something we’ve been talking about for a while now,” Greg Jackson said to the Associated Press (via MMA Junkie). “We are exploring our options, and we think we can give a partner a lot of exposure around the world because of our reputation.”
One of the biggest factors behind the move is that Jackson Wink hopes that it will give their gym better international exposure. The gym also recently opened an MMA themed diner and the gym itself is also an attraction for MMA fans and tourists alike.
There is no word at this time as to which companies may bid on the naming rights or how long the bidding process is expected to take.
