Jake Paul Defeats Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Via Unanimous Decision

Jake Paul notches another victory in his professional boxing career.

On June 28th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, Jake Paul would meet Julio César Chávez Jr. in a 10 round cruiserweight bout.

Throughout the bout, Paul would control a majority of the fight, leading to scores of 99-91, 97-93, and 98-92 and a unanimous decision victory for the social media star turned fighter. Paul would be met with a series of boos from the live audience in California.

The win moves Paul to a 12-1 record in boxing, with previous wins over an aged Mike Tyson and MMA fighters such as Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

Following the bout, Paul woud tell DAZN that he 'wants tougher fights' in the future.
